Utensil Choice: Use a ceramic or glass mixing bowl for freshness. Wooden utensils maintain sattvic energy and prevent metal reactions with citrus.
In a pot, bring coconut milk and water to a gentle simmer.
Add lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, cardamom pods, and salt.
Let it simmer on low heat for 10–12 minutes to infuse.
In a small bowl, toss tofu cubes with turmeric, sesame oil, and salt.
Lightly sauté or oven-bake until golden and set aside.
Strain out the lemongrass and cardamom pods from the curry base.
Add zucchini, carrots, and bok choy. Simmer until just tender (5–7 minutes).
Add the turmeric tofu to the curry.
Stir gently and let sit covered for 2–3 minutes.
Serve warm with steamed red rice, amaranth, or millet.
If possible, source vegetables and fruits locally at your farmer's market.
Digestive, detoxifying, and clears stagnation from the gut.
Builds ojas, calms Pitta, and nourishes reproductive tissues.
A plant-based protein that stabilizes energy and supports tissue regeneration.
Activate agni (digestive fire) and cleanse the blood.
Fresh, fiber-rich, tridoshic vegetables that support cellular repair and fluid balance.
Clay Pot: Preserves the subtle pranic qualities of soups.
Stainless Steel Pot: Safe, durable, and non-reactive.
Wooden Ladle: Non-toxic and spiritually clean for sattvic meals.
Why Avoid Microwaves?
Microwaving food destroys its natural prana (life force) and reduces the nutrient quality. Always warm food gently on the stove to maintain its sattvic and nourishing properties.
Supports healthy digestion without heaviness
Balances Vata and Pitta with grounding and cooling elements
Rich in plant-based protein & fats
Gently spiced and deeply nourishing
Caffeine- and nightshade-free
A sattvic bowl of global harmony, ideal for yogis, healers, and slow-food lovers alike
