METHOD OF PREPARATION

    •  Ayurvedic Utensils:

      • Clay Pot (मिट्टी का बर्तन – Mitti Ka Bartan): Enhances flavor, balances pH, and neutralizes toxins.
      • Bronze Kadhai (पीतल की कढ़ाई – Peetal Ki Kadhai): Retains nutrients and reduces acidity.
      • Wooden Spoon (लकड़ी का चम्मच – Lakdi Ka Chamach): Preserves Ayurvedic properties of food.

       Instructions:

      1. Heat a clay pot, add sesame oil, and lightly sauté ginger and turmeric for 30 seconds.
      2. Pour 2 cups (500ml / 17oz) of warm water and bring to a gentle simmer.
      3. Add daikon radish, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms, cover, and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
      4. Stir in wakame seaweed and tofu cubes, simmer for another 2 minutes.
      5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly (hot temperatures destroy miso’s probiotic benefits).
      6. Dissolve white miso in a small bowl with warm broth, then gently stir it into the soup.
      7. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and spring onions (if using).
      8. Serve warm in a traditional earthenware bowl.
